NFA Item Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations with Full refunds of NFA items are only possible if a cancellation request is received & acknowledged before the transfer process has been initiated. Initiation of the transfer process is defined as: The ATF form 3 which allows us to transfer the NFA item to your selected dealer has been submitted to the ATF. The ATF form 3 submission typically occurs 1-3 days after your order is placed, depending on order volume and processing times. Cancellations and partial refunds are still possible up until the point the NFA item is shipped to your FFL dealer. Below are the fees that will apply at the various stages of NFA item order processing:
- Order Received – Form 3 not yet submitted: Full refund
- Form 3 Submitted – Not yet approved by ATF: 10% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item not Shipped: 20% Processing Fee
- Form 3 Approved by ATF – Item shipped: No refund
- Form 4 Submitted – Disapproved/Returned without action: 35% Processing Fee + return shipping costs*
*NOTE: This may not always be possible and requires us to successfully recover the NFA item from your dealer with original packaging and in NEW condition. If we are unable to recover the NFA item in the condition stated above, no refund is possible.
This policy is only a guideline and subject to change depending on certain situations. There is significant time and effort involved by both AR15Discounts and your selected dealer to reacquire the item once the ATF form 3 has been submitted and approved.

The Griffin Armament 30SD-K is a .30 caliber silencer is perfect for those looking for a lightweight and short yet effective solution for reducing the muzzle blast and sound signature of a wide range of rifles. This .30 caliber suppressor is multicaliber rated for anything from 5.56 up to 7.62 with no barrel length restrictions, so you can throw it on a short barreled .308 beast without worry. The patented HEDP baffle system meters at an average 138dB with .308 ammunition and is welded for durability and greater internal volume. The entire 30SD-K suppressor is CNC machined from 17-4ph Stainless Steel and features a high temp Cerakote finish for long term corrosion resistance. Unique to Griffin Armament suppressors, is the Gate-Lok quick detach mechanism that is proven to be more reliable and durable than ratcheting mechanisms. The Gate-Lok and corresponding mounts are precision machined to ensure minimal and repeatable point of impact shift and is also compatible with USGI A2 muzzle devices. However, this suppressor comes with the 30SD muzzle brake mount with 5/8×24 threads for .30 caliber barrels and the required shims to ensure it is properly timed to your barrel.
