Dirty Bird Zero Risk Guarantee Program – Terms & Conditions

Scope 

The Zero-Risk Guarantee covers shipping, transit protection, returns, and support. It is not a warranty of product performance, compatibility, legality, or safe use. Products carry applicable manufacturer warranties. 

Shipping 

Free outbound shipping applies to qualifying orders only. Eligibility depends on order value, weight, package dimensions, and item type; mixed carts containing ineligible items may default to standard shipping. Free shipping does not include hazmat fees or other processing-related fees. FFL-regulated items ship to the receiving dealer; delivery estimates reflect shipment date, not completion of transfer.  

Priority Processing 

Eligible in-stock orders placed before 12 p.m. Eastern on business days receive priority processing and are ordinarily shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Eastern, or on weekends/holidays, are processed the next business day. Priority processing affects handling time only and does not change transit/shipping speed. Oversized items, carrier limitations, and holidays may affect timing. 

Package Protection 

Orders are protected up to $5,000 against loss, theft, or damage in transit. This is not third-party insurance. Dirty Bird determines, at its discretion, whether a claim is resolved by replacement or refund. 

Claims 

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, Dirty Bird USA provides an Order Loss Claim form for customers to submit a claim. 

Please note that claims cannot be filed or processed until the carrier’s tracking reflects that the package has entered their system (i.e., at least one scan has occurred). If tracking shows no scan activity, please refer to our Shipping Policy for guidance on expected tracking delays before submitting a claim.

Lifetime Eligible Returns 

Changed your mind? Eligible items may be returned at any time. Returns made within 45 days of shipment are eligible for a refund to the original payment method. Returns made after 45 days are eligible for store credit, issued as a Dirty Bird Gift Card. 

Eligible returns can be requested through your account (Self-Service Return). Approved returns of regulated items are subject to our Refund/Return Policy and may have applicable return shipping and restocking fees. 

Exclusions include ammunition, primers, powder, NFA items, gift cards, open-box, used, blemished (“Blem”) items, and reloading components. Additional restrictions may apply. 

Support 

Dedicated support is available for product questions, order issues, and technical troubleshooting related to items purchased from Dirty Bird. 

Dirty Bird may update these terms at any time. The version and effective date above reflect the terms in effect for orders placed on or after that date.
