The ESD Gen 5 Glock Magwell was designed to improve a shooter’s capabilities through intentional, human‑centered engineering. Every curve and cut is placed to increase the margin for error during magazine changes: symmetrical side cutouts enable fast stripping and removal of both flush‑fit and extended magazines, while a front cutout acts as a tactile/visual reference in low light and provides an extra access point for stripping. The magwell’s angle geometry eliminates parallel contact and helps guide an off‑angle magazine back on track, delivering faster, more consistent reloads under stress.
