Good and Bad
"The online purchase was smooth the only bad thing is that dirty bird store wanted to charge me $40 dollars , which did not make sense to charge that much supposedly a “ transfer fee “ of what I had purchased from the same store , that was very disappointing. Someone higher please check with the store , this is an abuse of charge. Thank you"

'Hey there! I apologize for not being 100% satisfied with your order. The reason we charged the transfer fee, is the stock had to be transferred from our NC location. The stock on the website shown was not in CA, but our NC warehouse. Because of that, we have to pay for our employees to pick, pack, and ship the items from that warehouse. We also then have to pay our employees, here, to receive that shipment and log it into our books. This order goes into several people's hands and that's why we have to include that transfer charge. We are working on making that stated more clearly on the site, so this doesn't come as a surprise in the future.
