Dustin Pitcher brings nearly a decade of industry expertise as Co-Founder and Principal of West Coast Operations at Dirty Bird Industries. His journey into the firearms and tactical gear world began through a close friendship with Travis, Founder of Black Rifle Depot — a partnership that continues to this day. Dustin’s favorite part of his role is driving market share growth and fostering the development of the Dirty Bird team. His firearm of choice is the AR-10 chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. Outside the office, Dustin enjoys family time, golf, and training in Jiu-Jitsu.
Co-Founder & Principal, East Coast Operations
Jay D. Pitcher serves as Co-Founder and Principal of East Coast Operations at Dirty Bird Industries, bringing nearly a decade of experience to the team. His entry into the firearms world began with Cerakoting parts at the request of his brother, Dustin. Jay thrives on driving the continued growth and improvement of both Dirty Bird Industries and AR15Discounts.com. He favors anything subsonic and suppressed when it comes to firearms. Beyond work, Jay is passionate about golf, engines of all kinds, and travel.
Office Manager
Jennifer Hernandez has spent six years in the firearms and tactical gear industry and serves as the Office Manager at Dirty Bird Industries. With a background in Human Services, Jennifer’s passion for helping others naturally led her from retail into her current role, where she enjoys working alongside a team that feels more like family. Outside of work, Jennifer is a creative spirit who enjoys painting, drawing, paper crafts, and photography. Her weekends are often spent cheering on her daughter in soccer and basketball.

Director of E-Commerce
Michael Earnest leads Dirty Bird’s e-commerce operations, bringing six years of industry experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management. A lifelong firearms enthusiast, Mike values the strong camaraderie within the Dirty Bird team. His preferred firearm is the AR-15 chambered in .338 ARC. Outside of work, Mike teaches spin classes and enjoys traveling, attending concerts, following sports (especially the Boston Red Sox and Carolina Panthers), and collecting vinyl records. His advice to newcomers: focus on quality and buy only what you truly need.
Operations Manager
David Martinez oversees operations at Dirty Bird Industries, leveraging over five years of industry experience. His passion for firearms and team development drives his work. David’s preferred platform is the AR-15, and he encourages newcomers to thoroughly research and seek guidance as they get started. Outside of work, David prioritizes family time and enjoys days at the range. He lives by the Mark Twain quote: “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.”
