The Daniel Defense RIS III AR-15 handguard is a free-floating handguard that eliminates interference between the barrel and the handguard, resulting in increased accuracy on the AR-15 it is mounted to. The RIS III Rail Interface System is based directly on the two-piece RIS II handguard that has been used by U.S. Special Operations Commands since its adoption in 2006. Now, the RIS III rail system provides the same proven free-float design while reducing weight and adding versatility by including M-LOK attachments for accessories and an integrated sling attachment point. With this handguard, you can have a secure mounting system for any accessories or attachments for your setup.
