Rotating the tool against the lugs quickly scrapes carbon away. Unlike a brush, it cannot bend away from the lugs. Made in the USA.
The Talon Tool is designed for rapid cleaning of the chamber locking lugs and lug recesses in AR type semi-auto rifles. It’s a lug pick that scrapes all eight lugs at once. Debris are trapped inside it’s recesses for immediate removal. The Talon was developed to rapidly remove carbon, sand, or brass shavings from the lug area, with the use of solvent, in the field. It also makes a good tool to use ahead of a chamber mop and solvent during regular cleaning.
