SALES ASSOCIATE

Job description

Dirty Bird Guns & Ammo is Bakersfield’s newest and best full service firearm retailer. We work hard, we have fun and we are seeking a Sales Associate to join our team. If you’re passionate about firearms and providing great customer service we’d love to hear from you!

Sales Associate Job Duties:

  • Work to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Greet every person who walks through the doors
  • Do your best to answer the phone
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are being followed
  • Be thorough and detailed when filling out Cerakote/Gunsmithing/Layby forms
  • Ensure firearms and paperwork are placed in the appropriate areas.
  • Assist your shift leaders and facilities maintenance by keeping a clean and tidy showroom.

Requirements:

  • Patient, empathetic, passionate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Quick problem solver, confident and strong work ethic
  • Strong organizational skillset and attention to detail (required)
  • Bilingual a plus!
  • Basic firearm knowledge required
