It is applied through a quench polish quench process that enables it to be applied uniformly for an extremely smooth surface. It is machined from 416r stainless steel with broach cut 6-groove 1:10 LH rifling that improves accuracy potential while also increasing reliability with all types of ammunition including cast lead. The chamber is fully SAAMI spec and the outer dimensions feature precision cut chamfers and radius cuts for an easy and tight drop-in fit.
