This AR-15 BCG features a 5.56 bolt made from carpenter 158 steel that is heat treated, shot peened, and precision ground for perfect final dimensions. The carrier itself is made from 8620 steel and is properly heat treated before the final plating process. The Gas key is machined from a billet of 4140 steel and fastened with grade 8 screws and staked for reliability. The extractor is also machined from 4140 bar stock and is shot peened and Manganese Phosphate coated for durability.
