Excellent upgrade from Mil-spec trigger
"This trigger is the ideal upgrade from a Mil-spec trigger. While some of my drop-in triggers work well, they often have a slight wiggle during installation. This trigger stands out for its excellent quality and includes a reduced power spring set. If you’re looking for an upgraded trigger that won’t break the bank, this is the one you need."

Happy camper
"After about a year with my mil-spec trigger, I decided to go to a lighter trigger pull. Looking at many different ones, the name "Dirty Bird" came up with a pretty cool logo and I checked them out. I bought the trigger assembly and am very satisfied. It is almost as good as a buddies $169 trigger at a much lower price. A set of lighter springs is also sent with it, and I'll put them on this spring to make it better yet. Made in USA is a bonus.......great product."

Dirty Bird Industries Single Stage Nickel Teflon Trigger Group
"After installing and testing 2 of these trigger groups, I must say I was expecting more. Both trigger groups were no better than many mil-spec groups I have used over the years. Both exhibited enough roughness in the pull to be very noticeable. After working the trigger faces and hammer sears on my honing stones, smoothness was greatly improved. A small bit of work on the bottom of the hammer decreased the creep to an acceptable level on a duty gun. Pull weight ended up right about 5.5 to 6 lbs on my scale. But this is not much better than most of my mil-spec triggers on my guns. Other than the mating surfaces, overall finish was quite good. I did give 3 stars though, as the straight trigger is quite trick looking. But then again, looks ain't everything. Steve Owens"

Great trigger
"The Mil spec trigger in my AR chambered in 7.62x39 was gritty, had way too much creep , and was probably about 8-9 lbs. I have Nickel/teflon in a couple of other rifles and they were a terrific improvement. The Dirty bird eliminated most of those problems and comes in at about 5-5-1/2 lbs. I used the Mil spec springs to ensure ignition on hard primers. Very satisfied!"
